Case Study 1 – Riyad Bank
When Riyad Bank of Curzon Street, London decided that their staff needed IT Training they were recommended to Grey Software Services by a member of staff, who had previously worked for Banco Totta & Acores, one of Grey Software Services Client’s since 1987.
A meeting was organised with Frances Doel, Personnel & Premises Manager of Riyad Bank at their offices and Sandra Grey, Managing Director of Grey Software. We established that a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) was needed in order to achieve a high success rate from the training courses. The TNA was put together and emailed across to Riyad Bank so that staff could identify their training needs. These were then collated by Grey Software who established which course level was required by individual staff members. Using the feedback of the TNA’s, the topics for the courses were customised for each course level of Excel Introduction, Intermediate and Advanced. The training courses were then launched a month later and training was very successful. We still have an ongoing training programme in place for the bank at this time.

Case Study 2 – Aircon Spares
Aircon Spares of Manchester elected to change their software ordering system they hired Grey Software Services for the job as we came highly recommended.
We put together a brand-new ordering system that was much better adapted to their company’s needs compared to their old, rather outdated system. We took special care to make sure the system was extremely easy to use from a client’s point of view, which resulted in 15% fewer abandoned carts.
From the initial consultation, to launching the new system across the company’s websites, the wait was just 5 weeks.
