Our training courses normally start at 9.30am to 4.30pm unless you specify otherwise. Six hours tuition in any one day we find is more than enough for delegates. We also insist on breaks in the mornings and afternoons and an hour for lunch. We can come to your offices and run the course or we can provide the venue.

• Each course has a course outline which can be viewed and printed before you book the course.
• Each delegate receives free courseware which is for their use during and after the course.
• Certificates can be obtained on request.
• After each course a Course Evaluation form is completed by each delegate.

These can be copied for your information which we can then analyse and discuss with you. This will help to develop and assess the delegate's training needs for the future.
