We always find out exactly what the delegate would like to achieve by the end of the course.

We are flexible in training delegates and do not always keep to a rigid course structure. Everyone has a different aptitude on courses so we always teach to the pace of the delegate. If all delegates were of varying levels we could accommodate them by teaching at their required pace. It is hard on the trainer but it is not impossible to accomplish. However more advanced delegates may not reach their objectives, so it would be advisable for us to complete a Training Needs Analysis for each delegate which means each delegate will get more of of their training course.

We try not to accommodate more than six delegates so that each delegate can receive individual attention. Our training can be Instructor-led or you can learn at your own pace the topics that you require with a trainer to help you.
